Was in Sanskrit so viel wie «Neues Chaturanga» bedeuten soll. Das Spiel wurde im April 2018 erfunden, in Anlehnung an das alte Spiel Chaturanga, das lange für den Vorgänger des heutigen Schachs gehalten wurde. Zielsetzung: Es sollte ein einfach zu verstehendes Vierspieler-Schach entstehen, dass mit einem gewöhnlichen Schachbrett und gewöhnlichen Figuren zu spielen ist. Auch die Zugmöglichkeiten der Figuren sollten nur so weit nötig angepasst werden. NAVA-Regeln Nava ist eine Schachvariante für vier Spieler. Sie wird in zwei Teams gespielt. Die acht Figuren jedes Spielers stehen in der Grundaufstellung in einer Ecke. Jeder Spieler hat vier Bauern und je eine der Leichtfiguren, einen Turm und einen König.
