Cei cinci fusesera foarte apropiati in copilarie, formand un grup de prieteni, dar odata cu moartea celei de-a sasea membre a grupului totul se naruieste si prietenii de altadata ajung sa fie indepartati unul de celalalt, sentimentele de vina si minciunile pe care si le-au creat pentru ei punand o amprenta asupra vietii lor. Intriga animeului are loc la zece ani dupa moartea Menmei (Meiko Honma) cand o forma maturizata a acesteia i se arata liderului gastii de alt...
