One of the question in such configuration is SSO with on-prem resources joined to a traditional AD. When a user uses account/password combination for logon (or for lock screen) SSO works out of the box, but if there is Windows Hello for Business in picture (and it is a default) some special steps need to be performed to be sure it works when a user using a PIN (or Biometry) for logon.
