A4ACTION s-a născut din nevoia noastră, a tinerilor, de a dărui altor tineri, din dorinţa de a creşte frumos şi de a dezvolta lucruri frumoase, de a învăţa ce e mai bun din ce au făcut alţii şi de a-i învăţa pe alţii ce ştim noi mai bine. Viziunea noastră este cea a unei Românii mai bune, în care tinerii să fie valorizați. De aceea, prin tot ce facem, promovăm î nvățarea non-formală și voluntariatul ca modalitate de dezvoltare personală a tinerilor.
