A&A Hale Family Thursday, March 13, 2014 Home Sick The girls were super excited to participate in their first "Vendor Day".  Vendor Day is a day when homeschooling kids come and experience running a business by buying and selling products/services for $1 or less.  Elsie was prepared to do face painting and Alice "helped" me juice lemons, oranges, and grapefruits to sell juice.  Their signs were made and they were all set.  Plans changed when Alice started throwing up for 2 1/2 hours last night.  Elsie was crushed when I told her we could not go to Vendor Day.  She was relieved a little when I told her she could still paint our faces today.  Here are the results.  Alice: sun, Me: tiara/princess/swirls, Elsie: black cat.  She did it all by herself.  I was impressed and thought she did a great job.    FYI:  Orange cleans up much easier than black.  In case you were wondering.
