Evenimentul este organizat de Filiala Arges a ABR in colaborare cu Filiala Arges a ANBPR, Biblioteca Universitatii din Pitesti si Biblioteca Judeteana “Dinicu Golescu” Arges. Aceasta editie a manifestarii va fi gazduita de Biblioteca Universitatii din Pitesti. Tema din acest an este “Bibliotecile romanesti in secolul XXI” .
