acaa 建築研究所 home company media works report column howto お問い合わせ. 採用情報 English 665552 | 設計実績エリア | 建築家による注文住宅(デザイン住宅)の価格と取り組みについて more 中野の家 竣工レポート 21.07.02 中野の家 竣工レポート かれこれ一年近くなりますが、昨年の夏、まさにコロナ渦に竣工した中野の家をレポート致します。コロナの影響や外構植栽工事との関係から実はまだ竣工写真はなく今年の梅雨明けに撮影する予定ですので、一切のメディアで未発表となっています。まだ若く将来が期待されるクリエイターからの依頼で、acaaのOGである赤池友季子（赤池友季子建築研究所）と一緒に取り組んだ始めての住宅になりました。 この住宅の特徴は、二つの道に面した細長い旗竿地という点です。分かり易くいえば、竿の部分からアプローチして敷地を抜けた先に別の道があって、通り抜けが出来るということです。この点が面白くて活かそうと思ったのが始まりです。結果的には竿から始まり草花が咲き乱れる散策路が家とクロスし、そのまま奥の道へと抜けられる家ができました。一般的な庭の考え方とは異なり、散策路を移動しながら楽しむという点が特徴です。もちろん敷地には家が建ちますので、ちょうど敷地の中央付近で家と散策路がクロスするようにSの時に曲がった配置になっています。そしてクロスするところに向き合った縁側空間となっています。ここは2階がブリッジしているところですので、半戸外の中庭空間です。ここの縁側が玄関の役割も担っています。向き合った二つの縁側からそれぞれ屋内へ入れますので、様々な生活のシーンがイメージできますね。楽しそうです。 2階は散策路を反転したSの字の平面です。細長い敷地の特徴を活かすために長い屋内空間をつくりました。しかし長いだけでは空間が分節されず生活が困難ですので、acaaで過去に設計してきた曲がり屋シリーズと同様、空間の曲がり（見え隠れ）と床のステップ（高低差）によって長手方向を分節し、視線の抜けと同時にローカルな場所が発見されるよう、構造柱の位置や造り付け家具で尺度とプロポーションを制御しています。 設計中は想像すらし...
