Αμάραντος (Αγράφων) Καρδίτσας και μας γυρίζει με πολύ τρυφερό τρόπο σε μια άλλη εποχή. «Την ώρα που οι εργασίες κοπής βλάστησης συνεχίζονταν εντατικά νωρίς το πρωί πριν οι θερμοκρασίες αυξηθούν, στη τοποθεσία Μύλος κομβικό σημείο του χωριού, είχαμε την αθώα επίβλεψη της κυρίας Ευθυμίας (Μίας). - Τη κάνετε ορέ παλικαράκια αυτού; - Κόβουμε τα κλωνάρια. Να φωτίσει καλύτερα γιαγιά. Η κυρία Ευθυμία ήταν καθισμένη σε μια καρέκλα και είχε το χρόνο να παρακολουθεί τις εργασίες κοπής της αυξημένης βλάστησης. Οι απαιτήσεις κοπής στη πλατεία στον Μύλο ήταν απαιτητικές. Όμως το αποτέλεσμα εμφανές. - Ξεθαμπώσαμαν Αντωνάκη μ’! Αναφώνησε η σοφή κυρία Ευθυμία. Μια λέξη με απέραντες έννοιες, μου δημιούργησαν μια αναστάτωση μνήμης όταν κατά καιρούς συνομιλώ και παλαιότερα με τον μπάρμπα Γιώργο, ιδιαίτερης αξίας άνθρωποι - σοφοί χωρίς να έχουν βγάλει τo Δημοτικό σχολείο της ...
