Bolehlah kalau dibilang hampir semua orang doyan makan ayam goreng. Mau bagian dada, paha, sayap, atau bahkan ceker dan kepalanya sekalipun. Digoreng crispy pakai tepung atau tidak, sama nikmatnya. Duh, jadi lapar… Oke, fokus! Fokus ke paha mbak-mbak penjual ayam goreng. Ah! Sudah, sudah. Tulisan ini sih bukan mau ngasih resep masak ayam goreng yang endesss (menirukan ucapan seorang kawan ketika yang bersangkutan menemukan santapan lezat). Bukan pula mau bercerita tentang silsilah keluarga besar ayam potong yang tak pernah sampai tujuh turunan (hadehh.. Apalah apalah). Ngomong soal ayam...
