Κίνηση Πολιτών Alert - Alert Citizens Movement | Αφύπνιση των πολιτών απέναντι στη βία Κίνηση Πολιτών Alert – Alert Citizens Movement Αφύπνιση των πολιτών απέναντι στη βία ΑΝΑΚΟΙΝΩΣΗ: Η απόφαση του Ανωτάτου Δικαστηρίου στην υπόθεση ξυλοδαρμού των 2 φοιτητών 2 Σχόλια (english text follows) Τη Δευτέρα 29 Μαρτίου 2010 το Ανώτατο Δικαστήριο ανακοίνωσε την πολυαναμενώμενη απόφαση του στην έφεσης της απόφασης του Κακουργιοδικείου που αθώωνε τους 10 αστυνομικούς στην υπόθεση ξυλοδαρμού των 2 φοιτητών. Η απόφαση για επανεκδίκαση της υπόθεσης σε νέα βάση αντιμετωπίζεται από την Κίνηση Πολιτών Αλέρτ με συγκρατημένη ικανοποίηση αλλά και επιφύλαξη για το αν θα αποδοθεί τελικά δικαιοσύνη. Η απόφαση έρχεται πέντε χρόνια μετά τον ξυλοδαρμό, ένα ολόκληρο χρόνο μετά την πρωτόδικη αθωωτική απόφαση του Κακουργιοδικείου και μετά από έξι μήνες καθυστερήσεων.
