Observațiile pe care le fac aici am să le fac și în cadrul dezbaterii de la școală. Înainte de a vorbi despre acest document, vreau sa fac o precizare despre actuala lege a educației, Legea nr.1/2011, nășită de Mircea Miclea și asumată de Funeriu. Este una dintre cele mai proaste legi a educației din toate timpurile și oricât incearcă creatorii ei să o apere sau să o laude, rezultatele ei se văd în tot ce înseamnă sistemul de învățământ actual. Este proastă pentru că în ciuda bla-bla-urilor de la inceputul ei si de mult prea des pomenitul Pact pentru Educație, rolul ei a fost doar de a se economisi cat mai mulți bani la un buget construit pentru a fi jefuit de Băsescu și camarilla lui.
