We are saddened to report that an incident occurred at a customer’s location on Wednesday, January 18 in Guthrie, Kentucky, resulting in the death of the customer’s employee, seriously injuring our employee and injuring others who were at the site of the incident. We offer our deepest sympathy to the family of the deceased and our thoughts are with his family and the families of our employee and others injured during the incident.
