And Eternal I was dancing this graceful dance, gliding along waves of energy. There was nothing and everything and I was both at once. I expanded yet I was empty. I lost awareness of the physical world. I ceased to move myself into postures, I surrendered to the flow around and within me. I found myself in a seated meditation and, where last week I cried at my own suffering, today I cried with joy because I realized I am Love. And I am in love with everything I see.
