Sunday, September 27, 2009 Canning Fruit Sorry that it has been so long since I posted. I am canning peaches, apples and raspberries right now. I found a great recipe for peach butter on a website called www.pickyourown.org . As you have all probably figured out I don't like to throw anything away so I have been using my peels to make juice and I had a friend forward me a link on how to make peach honey from the skins or juice of your peaches. It is at that same website.
