For the first two weeks I woke up with nausea as I was so daunted with the idea of not getting behaviour down pat with the grade six class I had. I find it extremely hard to have a serious persona and I found that the kids didn’t quite take me seriously enough. During the first week it two the mentor teacher had to step in and pull a couple of kids in line. I have started my third year and still don’t have the knack with behaviour.
