My battle involved personifying the dreaded doubt and as a bullying brother. (Not all brother’s are bullies. I know this from experience because I have three brothers two of which bullied and teased me mercilessly and one was my saviour. Sister’s can be bullies too, so please accept my apologies for male and female stereo-typing.) By personifying self-assurance as a salving sister fighting the bullying brother I was drawing on personal experience.
