Having now completed prac I have again seen that ICT in classrooms is considered to be going to the computer room once a week and not much else. Many of the rooms I have been in have great technology yet it is either not utilised or under utilised. In many classrooms at a variety of school I have seen the IWB be like a giant white elephant in the room. As technology changes we need to change as well embrace what we know and learn what we don’t. Think outside the box to create engaging lessons.
