Baturraden terletak hanya 14 km dari Kota Purwokerto yang dihubungkan dengan jalan yang memadai. Di tempat wisata ini Anda dapat menikmati pemandangan indah & udara pegunungan yang segar dengan suhu 18′ Celcius – 25′ Celcius. Sedangkan Gunung Slamet dengan ketinggian 3.428 m, merupakan gunung berapi terbesar dan gunung tertinggi ke-2 di Jawa.
