Más de una vez me ha ocurrido que no me la han activado bien y he tenido que regresar a la recepción para corregir el problema. Los modelos más modernos ni siquiera exigen que se introduzca en una ranura y basta acercarla a la puerta para que se abra. Pero todavía quedan hoteles empeñados en mantener sus viejas puertas y utilizar llaves convencionales a las que se protege con enormes y pesados llaveros que impidan su sustracción.
