Ag berusia 40 tahun dengan BB 85 kg dan TB 175 cm merupakan seorang programmer yang bekerja di sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang teknologi informasi. Karena pekerjaannya, waktu Tn. Ag banyak dihabiskan di depan komputer. Namun, setiap 6 bulan sekali perusahaan Tn. Ag selalu mengadakan general medical check up bagi seluruh karyawan. Dari pemeriksaan tersebut didapatkan hasil bahwa kolesterol Tn. Ag melebihi batas ambangnya yaitu 296 mg/dL dan kadar LDL 145 mg/dl. Tn. Ag bekerja 5 hari dalam seminggu mulai pukul 08.00 – 17.00, tetapi terkadang pada hari libur pun Tn. Ag tetap bekerja untuk mengejar deadline program. Tn. Ag tidak pernh berolahraga dengan alasan terlalu sibuk dengan pekerjaannya....
