avimelcherline Skip to content avimelcherline Menu Home Contact Featured שבוע חדש – התחלות חדשות בוקר אני אפילו לא מאחל לכם שבוע טוב, כי אני עבדתי כל הסופש ולא מצחיק מה שהולך פה. בשעה 19:00 פתאום הגיעו ההורים של אשתי ובמחטף היא הכריחה אותי לצאת מהבית. לא היה לי חשק לאכול, רק לנסות לעמוד בדדליינים המטורפים שלנו אבל טוב שעשתה ככה. היא לקחה אותי למקום שהוא מאוד אינטימי. חצי ספה חצי מסעדה שחברה שלה פתחה בשרון וכך היה לנו קצת זמן עם עצמנו לשבת ולדבר. הפתיע אותי מה שהיהי לה להגיד. היא אמרה שהיא מאוכזבת שאני נלחם בעובדים שלי. במקום להקשיב להם. הזכירה לי את הימים לפני שהייתי מנהל, איך ששנאתי את הבוסים שמתנשאים מעלינו, איך שתמיד אמרתי שכל השיטות הארגוניות האלו הם בלוף אחד גדול ושאם אני אהיה למעלה ה יהיה אחרת. היא צודקת בעניין הזה. לא עשיתי שום דבר יוצא דופן ועל חלק מהדבירם אני אפילו מתביש. החלטתי שהשבוע אני מקדיש את הזמ לשיחות של אחד על אחד עם העובדים מתיל מהקשים ומתקדם עד לאחרון העובדים שלי. אולי גם הזדמנות קצת להכיר אותם ומתוך רצון לברר אם אולי להם יש רעיונו...
