When we pulled into Burton’s Pond, we almost immediately found the Pink-footed Goose, a lifer for many in the group – this extremely tame visitor from Asia continues to reside at this pond, and we watched it preening and somewhat aggressively chasing off American Black Ducks and Mallards while it floated in the pond.
