Schreibe eine Antwort – Wenngleich auch nicht mit den von Herrn Mälzer geforderten Sauerkirschen, denn die sind bei mir noch immer nirgendwo zu haben – ist das überall so oder gehe ich in die falschen Geschäfte? Heute morgen aber (ja, unser Bio-Markt hat Sonntagmorgen geöffnet!) sahen die Aprikosen so gut aus, daß ich mir dachte, jetzt wird einfach weitergemacht – mein Rumtopf langweilt sich schließlich schon zu Tode und vertreibt sich die Zeit (angenehmer Weise!) damit, sich hin und wieder durch sagenhafte Duftschwaden in meiner Küche bemerkbar zu machen. Nach dem Rezept sind diesen Monat auch Pfirsiche (oder eben Aprikosen) dran; die Kirschen können uns dann noch einholen, wenn sie sich endlich bequemen, reif zu werden. „Omas klassischer Rumtopf“ – Schritt 2 ...
