And who knows? Perhaps the routine of recording again will be another step I can take to whoever I was/am/want to be. A gentle waltz. 1, 2, 3, 1, 2, 3. Just to get this out of the way… this past year or so has been – mental health wise – the worst of my life. Leaving the condo wasn’t possible without great emotional and physical exhaustion. Slowly, as can happen, I am once again healing. I am writing, of course, and attempting other new and physical/visual rather than verbal art forms – like creating junk journals. My diary these days, is a three year diary. 4 or 5 short lines a day…no room for overthinking. That “inability” /decision not to overthink raw emotions is what has drawn me to micro-poe...
