View my complete profile Monday, April 15, 2013 Katy Trail 2013 Katy Trail 2013, 225 miles Notes: *daily mileage is approximate as the Garmin battery died or was close several times * KatyTrail is a Rails-to-Trails of fine crushed gravel & sand over an old railroad bed *Clinton, Mo to St. Charles, Mo; 225.1 miles trailhead to trailhead. 4/7/13, Day 1, 35.6 miles Nice day, we drove up from Doug's to begin the bike ride. We unloaded the gear, assembled the trailers, loaded the gear and after a couple of pictures, the journey and adventure began. The rail was dusty and packed.
