The body and the mind can play funny games with your brain when you are already a little bit anxious. I can feel exactly the same way and I don’t even know why. I think sometimes it comes down to my own self confidence and the pressure I put on myself to do everything 150%. I too know that I can achieve great things whilst on prac, but I still get a little jittery when it comes to presenting myself in front of the class.
