Sunday, July 23, 2006 Missing Dad I was mezmerised bv the article by T..M. Shine in this Sunday's Washington Post Magazine. I guess I was drawn in partly because of how well written it is, and partly as a connection to the loss of my dad. The part that got me: "I don't care who you are or what stage of life you're in, if you go down one person who is truly proud of you, there's going to be a cavernous hole greeting you every day.
