Pon farr, after all, is a hot concept that pushes my buttons in just the right ways…and while it’s been “liberated” for use by other sci-fi fandoms (I’m talking fanfiction here, not canon that I’m aware of), I just can’t ever quite believe it when it’s not in the Trek ‘verse.
