Ter um filho é o melhor manual de auto ajuda, se você souber interpretá-lo. Quando eu olho pra trás, vejo que comecei essa jornada totalmente zerada. Na minha vida nunca tive contato com bebês, meu único irmão é só 2 anos mais novo e consta na história familiar que eu o peguei recém-nascido do sofá e joguei no chão. Ao longo desses 2 anos precisei aprender desde trocar fralda, colocar para arrotar (graças a amamentação não precisei fazer muito), cortar unhas da finura de papel sem cortar o dedo do dito cujo, a comer com menos sal, fazer cocô com plateia e, o mais difícil, lidar com a frustração de simplesmente não ter ideia nenhu...
