I’m using this holiday morning to write an op-ed for the Oregonian about the Portland therapist who took my daughter Natalie for thousands of dollars. Early last year, the Oregon Board of Psychology found Susan Gendein-Marshall guilty of false advertising and making misleading statements—telling Natalie she accepted Blue Cross when she did not; advertising a sliding rate scale, which she did not honor.
