Zararı minimuma indirilmiş bir brownie'ye kim hayır diyebilir ki .? Hiç abartmıyorum şu ana kadar yediğim en lezzetli brownie bu. Ve diğer tariflere oranla cok daha az zararlı.. Bunun sebebi bütün dokusunun siyah fasülye ve kepek unundan oluşması. Bloguma seçtiğim tarifler benim icin çok özel . Bazen çok pratik bazen çok aşamalı.. Bu sebepten , sadece bu tarif için mükemmel sonucu yakalayabilmem ve sizin ile paylaşmam yaklaşık 2 ayımı aldı.. Tarifimi Berry Cafe'de yayınlamadan önce defalarca uygulamalı olarak calıştım .Her seferinde farklı bir malzemeyi ya eksilttim ya arttırdım. Ama sonuç müthiş.. Defalarca test edildi ve onaylandı diyebilirim.. Buradan Berry Cafe test ekibine çok teşekkür ediyorum. Tarifi yayınlamadan önce , yaptığım ufak bir araş...
