She was a foreign correspondent for The Associated Press, specializing in stories about everyday people in the far corners of the world. Beth was then a Knight Fellow at Stanford University, where she developed a digital platform to tell stories about women and girls. She is now the communications manager for Stanford Health Policy, writing about health policy and innovation by Stanford faculty and researchers.
