Sidebar #ThursdayThoughts: Fantasies of normality will not save you. Standard It’s Thursday again, and it’s foggy again, somehow, that same heavy, thick fog that lasted for about a week last time. Perhaps this one will be more fleeting. I’ve been dealing with the deep annoyances of life in an unfettered capitalist system, and escaping into a very funny, very enjoyable Kdrama called “Sh**ting Stars.” Doesn’t solve the capitalism issues, though, which, in my case, come in the form of drug prices. Pres. Biden is trying to address that, but he can only do it if we give him another term. Should somehow the guy under 91 criminal indictments who had to be pried out of the White House the first time get in, those prices will be the least of our worries. Somehow I feel like people do not understand that. Somehow I think people have forgotten how...
