Resplendent in my own disappointments. The brilliance of a career has grown dim with me. I’m scared to face the gathering of people who once I shared splendor with… For what am i now? Nothing. Just someone who tied the knot with a somebody. Who sacrificed every inch of her dream for the fulfillment of his. I fight. But I never win. I struggle. Yet, i never lose hope. For whatever it is i have in my hands, i nourish. And whatever is that i cannot grasp, I hold. This is my life now… My past was brighter, my today is a blur.
