However, what’s disturbing is the push back from his supporters. The fervor of their argument is even more disconcerting, because it’s based on the presumption of free speech as an absolute right. Yes, Phil Robertson does have the right to speak freely in terms of his personal views and belief systems–suffice to say he’s done that and then some as of late.
