Keadaan ini lebih serius apabila ditokok tambah dengan pengaruh persekitaran, kekeluargaan dan sifat semula jadi seseorang itu. Siapa yang harus dipersalahkan bila terjadi transformasi budaya yang melibatkan kanak-kanak ataupun budak² bawah umur ini.
