出世部落格 skip to main | skip to sidebar 出世部落格 Tuesday, October 17, 2006 請用美學來說服我 ：「藍屋」為什麼是藍色？ 自從利東街一役後，民間起動了一把從下而上頑抗決策者的聲音，文化保育自然地成為人民介入政策的切入點。市區重建局的項目接踵而來，灣仔、官塘、深水埗、長沙灣、大角咀、筲箕灣、旺角、油麻地、中西區、西灣河的舊區紛紛落入重建網中，看來不少會成為官民角力的戰場。位於灣仔石水渠街的「藍屋」建築群，市建局將斥資一億元，夥拍房屋協會（房協是現物業租客的房東），特別推銷為保育工程，而非聲名狼藉的重建項目。 可是他們在與居民協商的過程當中，不斷遊說街坊，表示現址沒升降機沒水厠（在原建築群背後空地加電梯加水厠加走火樓梯技術上完全可行，況且他們有一億預算），設施老化，日久失修（不作定期適當的維修就肯定會失修），催促「上樓」安置，令其被迫與其社區網絡脫鈎，基本上是一個捨本逐末，棄人忘本的計劃。他們在6月就發展方案圖S/H5/URA2/1加入旅遊用途，以取代原有分區計劃大綱圖時，卻完全沒有居住的用途已可見一班。 其實這不過是政府的一慣技量，志在驅趕原居民，掏空建築物，實行他們的所謂「保育大計」，在建築群中硬放進茶業及中醫的主題，開發他們心目中的「文化旅遊」，說穿了其背後的藍圖不脫是為市建局的招牌貼金，內裡實是公關大於一切。 此計劃所涉及的建築群包括四層高的「藍屋」(石水渠街72-74號)、「灰屋」(石水渠街74號A，因仍是私人物業所以沒有被蓋上藍色)、三層高的「黃屋」(慶雲街2-8號，其中4號是私人物業)及四層高的「橙屋」(景星街8號)，三棟建築物剛巧圍合着中央的一小塊丟空了的政府地。 藍屋建於1922年，被列為「一級歷史建築物」，意謂「具特別重要價值而必須盡可能予以保存的建築物」。黃屋建於1928年，而橙屋則估計是戰後興建。1857年時石水渠街一帶曾經是有牌照規管的紅燈區，而藍屋的前身是香港第一所華人醫院—─華陀醫院（1867-1886），及後是華陀廟（1887-現在的林鎮顯跌打館，林鎮顯為林世榮的姪），至1930年代地下是酒莊、雜貨店，72號一樓是鏡涵義學，72號二三樓是一中書院，74號三樓則是鮮魚商會。1978年72-74號分別賣給政府至現時。 在大學的時候，教授總鼓勵我們...
