September 2015 21. September 2015 brathahn Bruschetta …habe ich noch nie selbst gemacht. Das hat den einfachen Grund, dass ich das wohl schon probiert habe, mich aber nicht so wirklich dafür begeistern konnte. Wahrscheinlich liegt es daran, dass es dafür mehr Zubereitungsmethoden als Italiener gibt und ich bisher wohl offenbar immer Pech gehabt habe. Nachdem wir aber am Wochenende ausgesprochen geniale Bruschetta beim Italiener hatten, musste ich das doch direkt mal selbst probieren. Also schnell ein paar Tomaten geschält und entkernt und dann gewürfelt und mit etwas Meersalz, kleinen Schalottenwürfeln, 2 gepressten Knoblauchzehen und wenig Olivenöl mariniert.
