Si me pidieran que resumiera este año que termina en pocas palabras diría que para mí ha sido el año de la supervivencia emocional, en el sentido más amplio del concepto, con todo lo que conlleva. 2022 me arrojó a un abismo desconocido y tuve que dirigir toda mi energía a encontrar la manera de no hundirme en ese hoyo de desolación y tristeza que supone un duelo. No pude dar más de mí misma, lo que tenía debía invertirlo en mi propia salud mental si no quería verme atrapada para siempre en el llanto y la pena. Así que me propuse transitar el camino de las lágrimas muy consciente de él, sintiendo cada emoción como venía, dejándome llevar y mecer sin miedo a que me doliera.
