About Overnight Oats By Loethen Design on April 6, 2020 | Leave a comment I never thought I would like overnight oats, especially cold oatmeal but it is really really yummy‼️‼️ Easy Blueberry Overnight Oats Ingredients: (Per serving) 1/2 cup old fashioned oats 1/2 cup milk (2%, whole, skim, almond, soy) 1 tsp. honey 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract 1/4 cup blueberries Directions: This recipe is so easy and quick, it literally takes 2 minutes to throw together. Mix equal parts milk and oats in a mason jar, and top with blueberries, vanilla extract, and honey for a touch of sweetness. Close the lid, shake the jar, and refrigerate overnight for at least 4-5 hours.
