catalinix blog catalinix blog Blogul lui CataliniX. joi, 5 august 2010 Salata cu ton mexicana Ingrediente: 1 salata verde, 1 punga amestec mexican, 300 g brocolli, 1 conserva ton in ulei, 1/2 lamaie, 1 legatura marar, patrunjel dupa gust, sare, piper si alte condimete preferate, 4 linguri de sos remoulade din comert. Mod de preparare: Se pune la fiert apa cu putina sare. Cand aceasta a dat in clocot se pun legumele din amestecul mexican care vor fierbe timp de 5 min, apoi se adauga brocolli. Se mai fierb legumele toate inca 2 min, se scurg si se pun sub jet de apa rece nu foate puternic. Se lasa din nou la scurs foarte foarte bine. Separat de spala salata si se scurge si aceasta. Se rupe cu mana in bucati potrivite si se pun intr-o salatiera. Se adauga legumele scurse, tonul cu tot cu uleiul din conserva. Deasupra se stoarce 1/2 lamaie si cele 4 linguri de sos remoulade. Se amesteca cu grija pentru a nu zdrobi broccoli. Se pot adauga si felii de masline. Publicat de cata...
