They sent my purchased item by using the Royal Mail International Signed-For service. On the Royal Mail website, it is stated that all International Signed For items are trackable until they leave the UK. Some countries have tracking overseas and Malaysia is not in the list: However, after twenty-something days of waiting and numerous attempts to locate the item, I found tracking records on the website of Pos Malaysia, under the category of PosDaftar . http://www.pos.com.my/pos/services.aspx Compare to the Track and Trace status on Royal Mail Website, Pos Malaysia's is more detailed.
