The “converted” coordinates, though slightly different from the EPA’s, are virtually in the same spot in the Atlantic… The EPA responded to my question about “conversion” by saying “coordinates can be [submitted] in the form [of] decimal degrees, degrees minutes seconds or degrees decimal minutes.” Whatevs. Since it’s a fixed location, any “conversion” should point to the same place, n’est ce pas ? I don’t know what that was about. If Gus had revised coordinates to match CSV’s probably bogus ones, I’d go back on the warpath. But he’s being consistent, so ...
