Pucheros de Barro Pucheros de Barro MI COCINA QUE ES MUY SENCILLA Y ALGUNAS COSILLAS MAS domingo, 25 de febrero de 2024 PATATAS ENMASCARADAS Este plato es típico de Berguedà Se hace con butifarra blanca y negra, pero aquí no hay, lo he hecho con morcilla negra ibérica. Ingredientes: 400 gr. de patatas 100 gr. de morcilla 1 o 2 dientes de ajos Panceta cortada en juliana (cantidad a gusto) Sal, pimienta negra, y un poquito de aceite. Preparación: Cocemos las patatas con piel. (yo en microondas) Cuando las tenemos cocidas, las enfriamos un poco y pelamos. Ahora las chafamos bien, y reservamos. Con un chorrito de aceite, en una sartén, freímos bien el tocino, y reservamos también. En el aceite que quede en la sartén, freímos el ajo cortado en laminas, cuando empieza a estar doradito, agregamos la morcilla, que este bien desmigajada, mezclamos bien. Seguido agregamos las patatas, y rociamos con la sal y pimienta, lo llevamos al fuego para que se mezcle bien, y ...
