He was found infringing the Party Constitution and CCM code of conduct. Meanwhile the MCA has moved to PPDT – POLITICAL PARTIES DISPUTE TRIBUNAL asking the PPDT to declare the expulsion noll and void. CCM insists the MCA had been invited for a disciplinary meeting in which he attended in person on 5th Feb 2015 and given a fair hearing. He was expelled during that sitting.
