Wednesday, May 02, 2007 Korean Noodles Grabbed some noodles with black bean sauce in Korea Town. Actually I don't know what it is but thats my guess is. Haha. I know its just DAMN good and worth the drive. I usually do quick sketches here while waiting for the food. They had the usual generic paper mats like in so many eateries but today the restaurants got some new fancy paper mats with texture on them. Good teeth but hard to get details. Reminds me the paper textures in photoshop and painter. The best paper mats I remember are from a place called Bill and Nada's Cafe. It had the proprietors Bill and Nada in the Center and all the U.S president from Washington to Clinton before the place went under a wrecking ball.
