I created this recipe for my son, who has a ton of food allergies, but I think they taste good enough to pass the recipe on to others. Note some variations below if your diet isn’t quite as restricted. 1/2 cup brown sugar 1 cup oat bran* 1 cup oat flour 1 cup white rice flour 1 1/2 tsp powder 1 1/2 tsp soda 1 Tbs Ener-G egg replacer + 1/4 cup water** 1/2 tsp salt 1/3 cup oil 2 cups total of mashed bananas + apple sauce (I recommend 2 or 3 bananas) ~ 1/3 cup rice milk, apple juice, or water (as needed) In a large bowl, mix all dry ingrediants.
