梁文道文集 梁文道文集 香港雜評 2019年12月29日星期日 梁文道：即便到了最後，現實和常識的必要 區議會選舉結束之後，許多人認為整個治港策略應該會逐漸貼向現實，慢慢回歸理性。這種猜想當然十分合理，因為如此震撼的選舉結果，將會徹底改變下一屆特首選舉委員會的構成，極有可能使得中央政府陷入被動，無法如臂使指地決定未來香港的特首人選。再加上美國通過「香港人權與民主法案」，間接危及香港獨立關稅區和金融中心的地位。在這樣的環境底下，中央政府以及涉港部門是否應該改弦易轍，換一套更加貼近香港主流民意，也更加顧及國際觀瞻的方略呢？然而，在過去一個多月裏面，大家並不容易看到這種改變的跡象；反而聽說香港應該效仿澳門，成功落實澳門版的一國兩制，將來最好能讓香港的小朋友都能常存心中一股暖流。為什麼？難道真的不怕局面繼續惡化，不用顧及香港主流社會的取態，更不用擔心香港經濟地位的改變對整個國家的衝擊嗎？怎麼可能這麼不現實呢？ 換一個角度來想，區議會選舉的失利及其連帶後果，在中央政府而言可能是一次香港政權危機。也就是說，接下來在香港面對的主要問題再也不是金融中心能否存續，更不是什麼社會民心的向背，而是能不能保住香港的政權。當一件事情上升到「政權保衛戰」的高度，其他一切就都要讓路了。更何況現在整個國家進入了一種運動模式，我們一般人所謂的「現實」通常都會被運動自身的既定模式排除。舉個簡單的例子，如今民間企業困難，照道理講，在出臺這種紓困策略之餘，也應該徹底停止過去幾年「國進民退」的步伐才對。可是最近一連串巨型企業創始人辭職退休的新聞，卻似乎給出了完全相反的信號。未來既然可能要面對和美國的全面競爭，那麼現在就應該在教育上面做好準備，以高等教育和學術研究應有的邏輯去培育人才和發揚知識。但是我們看到的卻是數一數二的名校紛紛改變校章，刪掉「思想自由」甚至「探索真理」，好強化黨的領導。稍知國史，就知道現實和常理在運動面前的無效。「大躍進」從一開始就不現實，但到底持續三年；「文革」動搖國本，後患無窮，它現實嗎？合理嗎？居然也要等到改革開放，現實才被重新發現。 這裏面有另一種邏輯，對現實自然也有跟一般人完全不同的解讀。比如說行政長官林鄭月娥，我們很多常年觀察香港時政的朋友，其實都曉得她的缺點。這位以敢拼和高效著稱的行政人員，時常不顧一套政策帶來的政治後果。她在官場中不得同僚人心，在...
