Dazu hatte ich ein Schnitzel „Wiener Art“ unter der Breznkruste gegessen. Nichts besonderes, für meinen Geschmack viel zu teuer (€ 10,80), wobei für den Salat, wenn gewollt, nochmal zusätzlich € 2,30 fällig werden. An diesem Abend stand allerdings die Unterhaltung im Vordergrund. Aufgefallen ist mir, dass sich unsere Bedienung, eine junge Frau aus Ostberlin (!) schon sehr bemüht war, sich um uns zu kümmern, mir auch durch Verständigung per Blickkontakt noch ein Weißbier serviert hat, aber eben keine Pauline, sondern das naturtrübe Hefe-Weißbier.
