Racoritoare si rafinate, dau savoare unei zile fierbinti de vara. Combinatia capsuni + menta, completata se aroma dulce a vinului de Porto aduce savoare zilelor caniculare de vara. Ingrediente: 6 galbenusuri 8 linguri pline zahar tos 700 gr capsuni curatati si tocati 600 ml frisca 1 mana de menta, tocata 3 linguri vin de Porto (sau alt vin licoros, lichior sau nimic) Galbenusurile se freaca cu 6 linguri de zahar pana se albesc. Se pun pe bain-marin si se coc, amestecand continuu, pana cand se incheaga (ajung la 70-75 grade), iar la sfarsit se adauga si vinul de Porto, se amesteca bine si se ia de pe foc. Cand compozitia s-a racit se adauga menta si capsunii tocati, se amesteca, iar la sfarsit se incorporea...
